My hope is this environmental section will give you ideas on how to make your life greener. I know how overwhelming it can be at times yet
there are lots of things we can do very easily that will make a big difference in reducing our carbon footprint. Did you know that if every U.S.                                                                                                                                                                  
family replaced only one regular light bulb with a CFL it would eliminate 90 billion pounds of greenhouse gases, the same as taking 7.5 million
cars off the road?
Toilet bowl cleaner:
     Sprinkle the bowl with baking soda, add white vinegar and scrub
with a brush.
Strong all pose cleaner:
     Mix1 tablespoon clear, non-sudsing ammonia, 1 tablespoon clear
laundry detergent and 2 cups water in a spray bottle.

Concoct Your Own
Stay clean, green and solvent by mixing your own natural
cleaning solutions.
Window Cleaner:
     Mix 2 cups water, 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar and 1/2
teaspoon dish washing liquid in a spray bottle. This will break
down the waxy residue left behind by commercial window
cleaners.
